The Conscious-Information Field (CIF) as Proof of the Transmaterialization (TMT) Hypothesis – by Steve Glanz

Abstract

This paper develops a unified framework connecting the Transmaterialization Technology (TMT) hypothesis—five proposed classes of instruments for engaging non-physical domains—with the Conscious-Information Field (CIF), a model of reality where information and consciousness form the underlying substrate of matter and energy. The five TMT classes are: Instrumental Transcommunication (ITC), Instrumental Energy Visualization (IEV), Instrumental Trans-Materialization (ITM), Instrumental Free Energy (IFE), and Instrumental Paranormal Healing (IPH). We present CIF as a layered medium that encodes identities and histories as “attractors” (stable informational patterns), and we express it mathematically through an augmented variational principle. Each term in the equation is defined for scientists, and explained in plain language using metaphors and examples for non-specialists. We then show how each TMT class maps naturally onto one of these CIF terms. Finally, we identify falsifiable predictions—such as coherence thresholds, entropy signatures, and assembly complexity—that can distinguish genuine CIF effects from noise. By integrating rigorous formalism with narrative, this paper makes the case that TMT can be scientifically grounded in CIF, offering both conceptual justification and a path toward experimental proof.

1. Introduction

The Transmaterialization Technology (TMT) hypothesis organizes a wide range of extraordinary phenomena into five proposed engineering classes:

  • ITC (Instrumental Transcommunication): devices for communication across the veil.
  • IEV (Instrumental Energy Visualization): devices for subtle energy visualization.
  • ITM (Instrumental Trans-Materialization): teleportation/time transport devices.
  • IFE (Instrumental Free Energy): systems for anomalous energy extraction.
  • IPH (Instrumental Paranormal Healing): instruments for subtle-energy healing.

The challenge is to show that these diverse phenomena are not arbitrary but lawful. The Conscious-Information Field (CIF) offers a single framework. Imagine the universe as a vast library of living information, where every being, memory, and possibility has its own “address.” Matter and energy are simply surface expressions of this deeper informational sea. TMT devices, then, are methods of accessing this library.

2. CIF Ontology

We model the CIF in three layers:

  1. Proto-Conscious Order: a universal background of intention and awareness.
Explanation: Like the blank page that makes writing possible, this layer provides the medium for all agency.
  2. Information Geometry: encodes identities and histories as attractors—stable patterns that organize systems.
Explanation: Think of a whirlpool in water. Once it forms, anything nearby is drawn into its pattern. Attractors in CIF stabilize identities in the same way.
  3. Physical Interface: the visible world of matter and forces.
Explanation: If CIF is the deep code, the physical interface is the running program we experience daily.

3. Mathematical Framework

3.1 The Variational Principle

In classical physics, the action S is obtained by integrating energy over time. Physical systems evolve along paths that make S stationary (the principle of least action).

We extend this with informational and entropic terms:

δ ( S_phys − λᵢ Φᵢ[Ψ] − λₑ S_ent[Ψ] − λg G_topo[Ψ] ) = 0

Where:

  • S_phys: ordinary physical action.
  • Φᵢ[Ψ]: informational attractor potential (closeness to a stored template).
  • S_ent[Ψ]: entropic functional (system-wide order/coherence).
  • G_topo[Ψ]: geometric/topological constraints of space-time.
  • λᵢ, λₑ, λg: coupling constants, stronger with coherence.

Explanation: This formula says: normally, physics follows the usual rules. But when order rises (e.g., in a resonant state), hidden informational and geometric terms suddenly matter. That’s when extraordinary effects become lawful.

3.2 Spectral Coupling

CIF interacts with matter at specific frequencies ωₙ. The strength of coupling is given by a kernel K(ω).

Explanation: Just like radio stations broadcast at certain frequencies, CIF “broadcasts” most strongly at certain resonant frequencies. Devices that tune to those frequencies are more likely to detect or modulate CIF patterns.

Some theories propose psychions—hypothetical particles that mediate consciousness-information coupling—within these bands.

3.3 Informational Conservation

We introduce an invariant I_cons, a conserved informational index.

Explanation: Just as electric charge can’t be created or destroyed, informational integrity is preserved. Messages or identities don’t vanish; they persist as structured patterns in CIF, even beyond physical death. This is the rationale for survival of consciousness.

4. Mapping CIF to the Five TMT Classes

4.1 ITC (Instrumental Transcommunication)

  • CIF term: Φᵢ[Ψ], strengthened by λᵢ.
  • Mechanism: noise carriers lock to informational attractors; messages appear.
  • Lay gloss: ITC devices are like “universal radios.” They use noise as the dial, and when coherence is high enough, the noise locks onto a stored pattern—like hearing a station suddenly emerge from static.

4.2 IEV (Instrumental Energy Visualization)

  • CIF terms: local features of Φᵢ[Ψ] and S_ent[Ψ].
  • Mechanism: devices image patterns of coherence around biological attractors.
  • Explanation: IEVs act like “coherence cameras.” They don’t just show light—they show where the body’s patterns are ordered or stressed, making the invisible informational field visible.

4.3 ITM (Instrumental Trans-Materialization)

  • CIF terms: active writes to Φᵢ[Ψ], mediated by G_topo[Ψ].
  • Mechanism: object’s informational “address” is reassigned; matter reappears at new coordinates.
  • Explanation: Instead of pushing atoms through space, ITM changes the “address tag” of an object in the universal memory. Like moving a file on a computer: the data stays intact, but its location changes instantly.

4.4 IFE (Instrumental Free Energy)

  • CIF term: manipulation of S_ent[Ψ] through λₑ.
  • Mechanism: coherence reduces entropy locally, opening new channels to hidden energy reservoirs.
  • Explanation: Free energy here doesn’t mean violating physics. It means opening taps to energy reservoirs usually locked away, by creating order that changes the accounting rules.

4.5 IPH (Instrumental Paranormal Healing)

  • CIF terms: reinforcement of healthy attractors in Φᵢ[Ψ], deepened by S_ent[Ψ].
  • Mechanism: project corrective templates that reorganize the body.
  • Explanation: Healing is like restoring a corrupted file. The healthy version still exists in CIF and can overwrite the distorted version.

5. Predictions & Falsifiable Signatures

  1. Coherence Thresholds
    • Technical: effects should appear abruptly when Q-factor passes a critical value.
    • Explanation: Like ice forming suddenly at freezing point. Nothing, then a sudden shift.
  2. Cross-Modal Invariance
    • Technical: same attractor produces consistent results across carriers.
    • Explanation: Like receiving the same email on your phone, laptop, and tablet—it’s one source, many outputs.
  3. Entropy Signatures
    • Technical: RNGs and entropy measures show anomalies at event times.
    • Explanation Like dice suddenly rolling in patterns when a message appears.
  4. Assembly Complexity
    • Technical: authentic signals show higher structural complexity.
    • Explanation: A real poem has structure and meaning; random letters do not.
  5. Topological Resonances
    • Technical: device performance peaks at lattice harmonics predicted by G_topo[Ψ].
    • Explanation: Certain geometries resonate better with CIF—like musical notes sounding louder in a violin tuned to the right frequency.

6. Conclusion

By embedding TMT within the CIF model, we show that communication, visualization, teleportation, energy anomalies, and healing are not separate mysteries but lawful manipulations of informational attractors. The math gives scientists precise tools, while the metaphors and explanations let non-specialists grasp the same ideas. Together, they suggest that extraordinary phenomena may be early glimpses of a lawful information-first universe—and that TMT instruments are the practical keys for exploring it.
